Return and Refund Policy

1. Business Customers (B2B) – EU & US

For business customers, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted unless specifically arranged prior to ordering.

  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 30 days of receipt.

  • Silk&Sparks is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including business losses, delays, or additional costs.

2. Consumers (B2C) – EU Regulations

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, your rights are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned (EU Directive Article 16(c)).

  • If the product is used, installed, damaged, or not in original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Any defects or damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

  • Upon confirmation of the defect, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or other suitable remedies.

3. Consumers (B2C) – US Regulations

For customers in the United States, Silk&Sparks follows the return practices outlined below:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Defects or damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • After confirmation, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Exclusions

  • Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.
