1. Business Customers (B2B) – EU & US
For business customers, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.
Returns and refunds are not accepted unless specifically arranged prior to ordering.
Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 30 days of receipt.
Silk&Sparks is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including business losses, delays, or additional costs.
2. Consumers (B2C) – EU Regulations
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, your rights are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned (EU Directive Article 16(c)).
If the product is used, installed, damaged, or not in original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
